how to get discount code for shopping sites like Drjays?

Why when you click a link to get a discount code for a shopping site (like DrJays), it says "internet explorer can’t open that page" or smth like that? Does that mean it’s just not working anymore?

    Did you try other website? If it is not your IE’s problem, then it is the site’s problem.
